The building has two entrances and consists of ground floor with stores, second floor with offices and four residential floors.

Residential building Breeze North 8 is located in residential complex Svoboda next to Northern Park.
The design has been worked out by arch. Mladen Karpachev.
The building consists of eight residential floors and includes 40 apartments, 2 duplexes and 4 studios, with build up area from 35 sq. m. to 112 sq.m., underground garages and ground parking places.

BREEZE EAST
The design has been worked out by arch. Tzvetkov, architectural bureau Arch Flo, who has designed many residential and administrative buildings in Sofia and Bansko, as well as single family houses.
The residential building Breeze East consists of 10 floors including 80 apartments with build up area from 62 sq.m. to 111 sq.m., 3 stores, coffee shop and cosmetic studio.
The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition, the last floors apartments are benefited by panoramic view towards Vitosha Mountain.
